Our design service starts with your individual ideas and desires for your home. We will discuss your ideas and budget, so our team can design the best possible design within your budget, using your ideas and ours. We will provide an estimated construction cost and design fee proposal. If you wish to proceed we will arrange a concept sketch as well as a fixed price quotation. Once we have the final plans (ie your house plans have been approved by council) you will be asked to make a selection of interior & exterior finishes for your home. You will be asked to sign a Home Building Agreement so that construction can commence. Everything is spelled out up-front. No hidden costs.
